IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Baltimore,
MD) - The Joseph E. Shaner Company, an ASAE accredited association
management company, has given the American Institute of Floral Designers'
(AIFD) Web site a face lift. The new www.AIFD.org
offers enhanced navigation and organizational features focusing on
member services and easier access to information. Established
in 1974 by Thomas C. Shaner, a Certified Association Executive (CAE),
The Joseph E. Shaner Co. provides association management services
to over a dozen prominently recognized non-profit trade and professional
associations including the American Institute of Floral Designers,
Professional Grounds Management Society, Maryland Optometric Association,
Maryland Chiropractic Association, Maryland Association of Mortgage
Brokers, Maryland Improvement Contractors Association and the Chesapeake
Human Resources Association. Also served by the Shaner organization are the Building Owners and Managers Association of Baltimore; the Maryland Chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, Appraisal Institute, Criminal Defense Attorneys and Public Relations Society of America; Property Owners Association of Baltimore, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Baltimore and the Baltimore City Dental Society. ###

accordance with our strategic plan, we're pleased to unveil the new
AIFD.org which will allow us to expand the marketing of our products
and services to members and potential members," said JES principal
and AIFD Executive Director, Thomas C. Shaner. "Under the direction
of Eric Grammer, AIFD's Communications Manager, the Institute's membership,
leadership and staff were able to work together to create an interactive
communications tool that provides in-demand resources and benefits
to our membership."
