Thomas C. Shaner, CAE, is the principal of The Joseph E. Shaner Company and, together with a team of professional association coordinators, is the key person with whom associations work.

Mr. Shaner is assisted by an administrative staff of eleven including the association coordinators management team. The management is supported by a finance and accounting staff of two, a receptionist, a membership coordinator and a mail room manager. Take a look at our bios to get to know us a little better.
