Thomas C. Shaner, CAE, is the principal of The Joseph E. Shaner Company and, together with a team of professional association coordinators, is the key person with whom associations work.
Mr. Shaner is assisted by an administrative staff of 13 including the association coordinators management team. The management is supported by a finance and accounting staff of two, a receptionist, a membership coordinator and a mailroom manager.
